I can’t believe my favorite, the hot hot hot Michael Johns, is out of American Idol. America, what happened?

I am- as Simon would say- appalled. He was the best this season. Seriously.

Still in shock. Was it because he sang first? Because he’s Australian? Or (and this is what I actually believe) because he’s just so darn good, everyone thought he would sail right through and didn’t bother to vote for him?

I’m going to blame my lack of posting on two things: 1. Hating country week (which I always do), and 2. I’m still sad Ramiele is gone! I liked little Ramiele, she’s an excellent singer and an Asian woman.

On the American Idol Blog, has posted snippets from an exit interview with Ramiele, from which I quote here:

“When she got back to her room the other night, Brooke, Syesha, and Kristy Lee had left her a very sweet card saying goodbye. Kady Malloy sent her encouraging text messages after she left. Even David Archuleta, who’s actually younger than Ramiele, treated her like a younger sister and would come and pat her on the head!”

Wait, who’s Kady Malloy?

I honestly had to click through to the official site to find out. And you know what? I liked Kady Malloy! She was my favorite blonde girl before Brooke and Let It Be!
