Sarah Jessica Parker’s Lovely is, hands down, my favorite celebrity fragrance ever. A delicious blend of Mandarin, Rosewood, Lavender, Apple Martini (!) and Bergamot, it comes in a pretty bottle and, at $35.99 for a 3.4 oz. bottle of Eau de Parfum, is not too expensive.
If that’s not really your thing, you might want to check out the other players in Yahoo!’s Top Ten Celebrity Fragrances:

- L (L.A.M.B) by Gwen Stefani
- Instinct by David Beckham
- Baby Phat Goddess by Kimora Lee Simmons
- Unforgivable by P Diddy

- With Love by Hilary Duff
- Paris Hilton by Paris Hilton
- Fantasy by Britney Spears

Yes I know I’ve been kind of obsessed with celebrity workouts lately, but I’ve been trying to get back on the fitness track myself, and a Google search on workouts always seems to point to the ones that famous people do.
My husband and I used to watch ALIAS religiously. We loved every crazy storyline, adored Marshall and hated Sloane (and felt kind of eh about Vaughn, but I digress). Most of all, we loved watching Jennifer Garner kicking ass.
Which is why I was so pleased to read this article, published two years ago, which details what Jen’s workout was when she was preparing for Elektra:
The signature move: Reverse lunges with a medicine ball to work legs, glutes and abs. Holding a 4-pound medicine ball in front of her, Garner would take a large step back with her left leg while bringing the ball down to her right hip. After eight repetitions, she switched to the other side.
The article also describes that a typical breakfast for our girl was:
an egg-white omelet chock-full of vegetables, with a single serving of fruit — ideally blueberries.
Hmm. Not too exciting, but if it’ll guarantee me a body like Jen, why not?

Who doesn’t want a backside like Jessica Biel? InStyle has a new Workout Like a Star slideshow, which includes “star tips” from celebrities who work out:
Yes, I stopped blogging when Sanjaya left. I continued watching, of course- and although I was gunning for Blake until the very last moment, the truth was that this was my favourite American Idol Final Two ever- and I’m a big Jordin fan as well!
So, anyway, I’m sorry for the lack of Idol posts… I’ve been reading most of them over at Rickey, and I highly recommend you visit his archives for all the Idol yumminess that exists over there. In the meantime, I’m going to start blogging more general entertainment and celebrity things- at least until American Idol 7 starts up!
